Start here: the Intro Conversation

The Intro Conversation is a short fit check, not a sales call.

In 15–20 minutes, we’ll look at:

  • what you want more of (and less of)

  • what’s happening in your inquiries and referrals

  • where the mismatch shows up (pricing, buying decisions, positioning, sales conversations)

  • what might be driving it

From there, we correct what’s off so the right people understand what makes you the right choice, before you invest more time or money into tactics.

What’s usually happening underneath

This is what I mean by Semantic Visibility — making sure your business is interpreted correctly before people decide.

Your business is being interpreted through the wrong assumptions, which affects:

  • who reaches out

  • what they compare you to

  • how pricing gets evaluated

  • how long conversations take before people “get it”

  • what kind of referrals you receive

More effort won’t correct the mismatch. It gets corrected by changing what’s being assumed.

Working together

If we decide to move forward, the first step is a focused review to pinpoint what’s driving the mismatch, and where it’s showing up across your messaging, referrals, and client conversations.

From there, we correct what’s off so the right people understand the value, before you invest more time or money into tactics.

This is not an ongoing “done-for-you” marketing service.
It’s focused work to correct what’s misaligned.

What this is (and isn’t)

This work is for founders who want more of the right clients reaching out, without having to keep explaining why they’re the right choice.

It isn’t:

  • content creation or posting support

  • ads, funnels, or campaign execution

  • coaching, accountability, or mindset work

Common Questions

  • No. This work affects growth, but it isn’t content creation, campaign planning, or “done-for-you” marketing.

  • If it’s a fit, I’ll recommend what to change and where it needs to be reflected. If it’s not, I’ll tell you quickly and explain why.

  • That’s common. The Intro Conversation is designed to help you determine whether misinterpretation is what’s actually slowing growth.
